Unacknowledged Special Access Program
Also known as USAP, unacknowledged special access
An Unacknowledged Special Access Program is a SAP whose very existence is denied or hidden from the public and from most government officials. UAP whistleblowers, including David Grusch and the author of the "Immaculate Constellation" report, allege that UAP programmes are run as unacknowledged SAPs, outside normal congressional oversight; the Pentagon has denied or found no evidence for the specific programmes they name.
