Unacknowledged: An Exposé of the World's Greatest Secret
Also known as Unacknowledged
Steven M. Greer · edited by Steve Alten · Crossing Point · 326 pages · ISBN 978-1-943957-04-0
Unacknowledged (Crossing Point, 2017) accompanied Steven Greer's crowd-funded documentary of the same name. It argues that a network of "unacknowledged special access projects", run largely by contractors outside government control, holds recovered extraterrestrial technology and suppresses free-energy inventions, and it draws on the witnesses of his 2001 Disclosure Project.
Its claims are Greer's. His earlier film Sirius (2013) had been criticised for presenting the Atacama skeleton as a possible extraterrestrial; a 2018 genome study showed it was a human foetus with genetic mutations. The term "unacknowledged special access program" is real; Greer's account of what such programmes contain has no documentary support.
