Claim
Programs dealing with UAP have been hidden from congressional oversight
Also known as congressional oversight claim, legacy program oversight claim
Disputed. (AARO Historical Record Report, Volume 1)
The claim that the executive branch and its contractors have kept UAP programs out of sight of the committees that are supposed to oversee them, through unacknowledged special access programs, emergency directives or contractor ownership.
