Immaculate Constellation

"Immaculate Constellation" is the name given to an alleged unacknowledged special access programme for collecting imagery and sensor data on UAP. It entered public debate in late 2024 through reporting by the journalist Michael Shellenberger, based on a whistleblower document that described it as set up after the 2017 disclosure of AATIP. Rep. Nancy Mace entered the document into the record of the House Oversight hearing of 13 November 2024.

The Department of Defense said it had "no record, present or historical" of any special access programme by that name, and the NSA would neither confirm nor deny holding records. The programme's existence remains unverified.
