Tim Gallaudet

Also known as Timothy Gallaudet, Gallaudet, Admiral Gallaudet

Tim Gallaudet is a retired U.S. Navy rear admiral and PhD oceanographer. He served as Oceanographer of the Navy and commanded the Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command, then was Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and acting Administrator of NOAA (2017–2021). He says he never signed a non-disclosure agreement on UAP, which leaves him free to speak as a private citizen.

His own involvement dates to January 2015, during the USS Theodore Roosevelt strike group's pre-deployment exercise off the East Coast. He received an "urgent safety of flight" email from Fleet Forces Command reporting multiple near mid-air collisions, with the GoFast video attached. The next day it had vanished from every recipient's inbox and was never discussed again. He concluded the subject was held in a compartmented intelligence program. Jay Stratton, who collected the video and email, later told him it had been treated as spillage. Ryan Graves's squadron flew in that exercise, and Gallaudet became an adviser to Graves's Americans for Safe Aerospace.

He testified under oath on November 13, 2024, alongside Luis Elizondo, Michael Shellenberger and Michael Gold. He said there is "strong evidence" of non-human higher intelligence, described satellite imagery withheld from Congress and an object entering the sea in front of USS Omaha, and accused AARO of an influence operation. He accepts AARO's finding that GoFast was not fast but disputes its broader conclusions, and rejects Sean Kirkpatrick's DARPA explanation for the Tic Tac. He has since pressed for mainstream scientific study of UAP, especially in the oceans, sits on the UAP Science Advisory Council, and encouraged Navy witnesses such as Alexandro Wiggins to come forward.
