New Insights describes AAWSAP activity from June 2009 to January 2010
The third book in the "Skinwalkers at the Pentagon" series and the first written by James Lacatski alone, published in September 2025. According to its publisher, it covers the engineering and scientific details of UFOs studied by the DIA's AAWSAP program alongside the paranormal activity around Skinwalker Ranch, and draws on Lacatski's part in the preparatory meetings of KONA BLUE, the special access program proposed to DHS. Lacatski says the series is assembled from official DIA files and approved for release by the Pentagon.
AARO's 2024 report gives the official counterpoint: DIA cancelled AAWSAP in 2012 for lack of merit, and KONA BLUE was never approved. The book itself is copyrighted and not held here; the claims on this page come from its publisher's description and from people on record.
