The U.S. Department of Homeland Security appears in this archive through KONA BLUE, a special access programme proposed to DHS around 2011 by people involved in the DIA's AAWSAP/AATIP work. AARO's 2024 historical review found the proposal was never approved or established and that no data or material was transferred to DHS.
