Alexandro Wiggins
Also known as Wiggins
- Senior Chief Petty Officer, U.S. Navy
Alexandro Wiggins is a U.S. Navy senior chief petty officer and operations specialist, one of three whistleblower witnesses at the House Oversight task force hearing on 9 September 2025. He testified that on 15 February 2023, at about 19:15, aboard the USS Jackson in the W-291 warning area off southern California, the ship's sensors and then his own eyes showed a self-luminous tic-tac-shaped object rise from near the ocean. It joined three similar objects and the four left together at what he estimated was Mach 1–2, with no sonic boom or exhaust.
He tracked it on radar first and watched from the port bridge wing at seven to eight nautical miles. He conceded he could not visually confirm that it came out of the water. He says the encounter was reported to the tactical action officer but no debrief followed, and that full-resolution footage has been given to Congress. From years of operating there, he says such objects "reoccur" off southern California, an argument for stigma-free reporting rather than proof of what they are. Tim Gallaudet says he encouraged Wiggins to come forward. No official analysis of the Jackson encounter has been published.

Facts and claims
- claimed Wiggins testified that on 15 February 2023, aboard USS Jackson off southern California, he saw “a self-luminous tic-tac-shaped object” emerge from the ocean and join three similar objects before all four left with near-instantaneous acceleration. — Alexandro Wiggins Source: Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection at 41:25
- claimed He said he first detected the object on radar and saw it from the bridge wing about seven to eight nautical miles from the ship. — Alexandro Wiggins Source: Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection at 2:32:17
- documented In his opening statement he said that, from years of operating there, “unidentified objects reoccur in United States operation areas off southern California”, adding: “That fact alone does not tell us what they are”, but it argues for stigma-free reporting and the preservation of data. — Alexandro Wiggins Source: Hearing transcript: Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection (Sept 9, 2025)
- claimed He testified that the object rose slowly to 3,000–4,000 feet, then accelerated, he estimated, to Mach 1–2 into a formation of four, with no sonic boom or exhaust, and that he could not visually confirm it came out of the water. — Alexandro Wiggins Source: Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection at 2:31:35
- claimed Asked by Rep. Luna whether anything in the U.S. arsenal could split a Hellfire missile as in the Yemen video, he said nothing to his knowledge. — Alexandro Wiggins Source: Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection at 2:27:21
- claimed Tim Gallaudet says he encouraged Wiggins to testify; Gallaudet places him on USS Omaha in 2019 and says Wiggins later shared USS Jackson video. — Tim Gallaudet Source: Top Navy Admiral: “The Ocean is FULL OF UFOs!” at 28:47
