Glimpses
But what follows is the complete story of an alien spacecraft recovered outside of Roswell, New Mexico in the summer of 1947.
The MJ-12 committee never existed as such, and the documents relating to it are fakes
The Truth About the UFO Crash at Roswell (M. Evans, 1994) revised Kevin Randle and Donald Schmitt's 1991 account with new witnesses and a new timeline, placing the impact site of the craft and bodies at a different location north of Roswell and leaning heavily on the testimony of Frank Kaufmann. Kaufmann's story was later shown to rest on fabricated documents, and the book appeared shortly before Schmitt's false credentials were exposed. It remains a key text in the Roswell literature, and a cautionary one.
