A 22-minute documentary by Jeremy Corbell, released in 2013 as part of his planned feature Truth Embargo. Richard Dolan interviews an elderly man who does not give his name, presented as a former CIA operative who worked from the late 1950s under a cover name: he says Project Blue Book was partly a fraud, that President Eisenhower sent him and his boss to Area 51 with an ultimatum, and that at S-4 he saw recovered craft, an autopsy film and a live grey alien. He had first spoken, under the pseudonym "Agent Kewper", to Linda Moulton Howe in the 1990s.
The interview was shown at the 2013 Citizen Hearing on Disclosure, where it opens the Truth Embargo session; the moments of that recording follow his claims point by point. The witness is anonymous: his identity and his CIA service have not been confirmed, the filmmakers themselves said they were still verifying his claims, and nothing he describes is backed by a record. Later press reports have named him, without confirmation; this archive does not.
