Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is an American lawyer and politician who has served as U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services since 2025. Before entering government he was an environmental lawyer and ran for president in 2024. He has promoted vaccine misinformation and conspiracy theories, which Wikipedia describes at length.
In October 2026 he said in a conversation with Rep. Anna Paulina Luna that, during the presidential transition, a NASA scientist and former special-forces members who had served on crash-retrieval teams approached him to talk about UAP. His account is second-hand and came without evidence.
