Facts and claims
- documented AARO's summary of UAP reports from 1996 to 2023 gives the typical reported UAP as round (orb, round or sphere: 52 percent of reported shapes; “TicTac” 6 percent), 1–4 metres across, white, silver or translucent, at 10,000–30,000 feet, from stationary to Mach 2, with “No thermal exhaust detected” and intermittent radar, radio and infrared signatures. - documented On the 2022 Middle East MQ-9 case the slide reads: characteristics “consistent with other “metallic orb” observations in the region”, “No demonstration of enigmatic technical capabilities and no apparent threat to airborne-asset safety”, and “Case in “active archive,” pending discovery of additional data”. - documented A 2023 South Asia MQ-9 video of an object apparently trailed by a wake was “likely resolved as commercial airliner and video-compression artifact”, pending peer review: the visible trail is “a camera-software artifact”. Source: doc-aaro-sasc-brief-2023-04-19.pdf
