A 49-second phone video taken at about 9 p.m. in July 2025 by a couple in their backyard in the northeastern United States, within 25 miles of the earlier FBI sightings; the FBI assesses them as “credible” (FD-302s D009 and D010). Released as FBI-UAP-PR004 in PURSUE release 03. The witnesses are private individuals and are not named.

  1. 0:00 The phone starts recording as the lights move west over the tree line (FBI); the footage is dark and shaky.
  2. 0:10 Two red-orange orbs, one above the other, over the treetops (frames). The witnesses described each as a “brilliant red sphere” about a metre across with a white centre, moving silently “in tandem as though they were flying in formation or tethered together”.
  3. 0:40 A single small red light high among the trees as they move away (frames); the witnesses said the two seemed to merge as they went out of sight.
