A phone video of 4 minutes 25 seconds taken at 6.51 p.m. in October 2024, in the same northeastern area, by a private citizen whom the FBI assesses as “highly credible”. The FBI says it was “analyzed and authenticated by the U.S. Government” and cropped only for privacy; released as FBI-UAP-PR003 in PURSUE release 03.

  1. 0:00 A bright light hovering over a pond, about 2,700 feet away (frames and FBI). The witness described a “plasma-like sphere” changing shape and brightness, at times separating into smaller points, with one point hovering just above the water that did not look like a reflection.
  2. 3:00 Later in the clip the light dims and brightens again (frames); the witness said it stayed roughly in place for about 45 minutes before disappearing.
