- SATCOM network engineer, Defense Information Systems Agency contractor (Network Operations Center, Hill AFB), about 2023–24
Kevin Campbell is a former defense contractor who worked for about eight months as a SATCOM network engineer for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) at its Network Operations Center at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, where part of his job was monitoring live U.S. military drone feeds on a classified video system. He had earlier worked in South Korea and later returned there.
In a 2026 interview with Ryan Graves for Americans for Safe Aerospace, he described three UAP events seen on MQ-9 feeds over the East China Sea and Yellow Sea: spherical objects a few feet above the water, one of which he watched live. He says he reported them through Americans for Safe Aerospace to the FBI, and that he believes one of them is among the videos requested by members of Congress in 2026. He does not claim to know what the objects were. His account is his own testimony; no record confirms which video, if any, shows his sightings.
