Brandon Fugal acquires Skinwalker Ranch
In 2016 Robert Bigelow sold Skinwalker Ranch to Adamantium Real Estate LLC for around $500,000. The Utah real-estate developer Brandon Fugal announced in March 2020 that he was the owner behind the purchase.
Under Fugal the ranch became the subject of the History Channel series The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch (from 2020), in which a team of scientists and investigators uses sensors and experiments to test the property's reputation.
