Ministry of Defence lists of UFO reports received, 1997–2009

Thirteen yearly tables, “UFO Reports 1997” to “UFO Reports 2009”, listing the sightings reported to the Ministry of Defence: date, time, town or village, county, the reporter's occupation where known, and a one-line description of what was seen. They summarise, year by year, the reports whose full papers are in the MoD files released at The National Archives, and show the rise in reports in 2008–09 that the Archives' guide attributes largely to Chinese lanterns.
